It is not a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or counsellor, it cannot diagnose you, and it must never be used to decide about medicines, dosages or stopping treatment. Nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship.

If you or someone else is in danger, call 112, or Tele-MANAS on 14416, or go to the nearest hospital. Saarthi cannot call anyone for you and cannot send help. Crisis numbers.

Replies are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may be incomplete, out of date or simply mistaken, including when they sound confident. Always check anything important with a qualified professional.

You must be 16 or older. If you are supporting someone else, do not enter their details without their consent.

GOSaarthi is a free public service with limited capacity. Please do not use it for automated bulk requests, resale, scraping, or to generate harmful, abusive or unlawful content.

Replies are produced with third-party AI providers, and WhatsApp messaging is delivered through a messaging provider. Their handling of messages is governed by their own terms in addition to ours.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty, and may be unavailable or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Mahavir Rahat Kendra is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of anything Saarthi says. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
