GOSaarthi asks for no sign-up, no phone number on the website, no email and no identity document. You may use any name or none. We do not build a profile of you.

Your words are sent to an AI service to generate a reply, then the reply comes back to your screen. Website conversations are held in your browser for the session only — closing the tab or clearing your browser removes them. We do not store website chats on our servers.

If you use the microphone, your speech is converted to text so Saarthi can answer. Audio is not kept after that conversion. The microphone is only ever on while you are holding or have started recording.

On WhatsApp we keep up to the last twenty messages of your conversation so replies make sense. Your phone number is never stored in readable form — it is converted into an irreversible code. Send CLEAR at any time and that history is deleted immediately.

A photo of a report is sent for analysis and is not saved by us afterwards. Please cover any name, hospital number or identity number before photographing if you would rather not share it.

We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, we do not share anything with employers, insurers, family members or police, and we do not use your conversations to train models.

We use only what is necessary: your language choice, your consent record and your assistant preference, stored in your own browser. No tracking or advertising cookies.

GOSaarthi is intended for people aged 16 and above.
